Are you a licensed psychologist based in India, with a passion to help patients safely reduce their medications through CBT?

**We believe in evidence-based, non-pharmaceutical support** for patients who wish to taper down, with a focus on safety, compassion, and measurable progress.

We are seeking a skilled **psychologist based in the India** to work remotely with U.S.based clients who are reducing or discontinuing SSRIs and other psychiatric medications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct secure telehealth (audio/video) sessions with clients in the U.S.
- Provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and related evidence-based interventions to support mental health during SSRI tapering.
- Collaborate with other licensed clinicians (psychiatrists, therapists) involved in the client’s care plan.
- Maintain detailed, confidential session notes in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Educate clients on coping strategies, relapse prevention, and non-drug mental health techniques.
- Monitor client well-being and escalate concerns to medical providers when appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology.
- Licensed to practice as a psychologist in the India.
- Formal training and at least **2 years of experience** delivering CBT.
- Experience supporting clients with depression, anxiety, and other conditions commonly treated with SSRIs.
- Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable working with U.S. clients.
- Stable internet connection and professional telehealth setup (camera, headset, private workspace).

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior work with clients tapering psychiatric medications.
- Additional training in ACT, mindfulness-based therapies, or trauma-informed care.
- Familiarity with U.S. mental health cultural context.

**Work Schedule**:

- Remote work from India.
- U.S. hours (typically late evening to early morning IST time).
- Flexible scheduling, part-time or full-time availability considered.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
