- Driving different products across provided Data base.
- Handling Customer queries/escalation of Health Insurance customer.

- Problem solving.
- Must have worked in Health Insurance outbound process End to End/Cross sell/Renewal process.
- Must have handled queries in a call center outbound process.
- Should have worked in target-based revenue process.
