Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Research, write, edit, and proofread engaging and accurate content related to veterinary medicine, pet care, health tips, treatment options, and hospital services.

Collaborate with the veterinary team to understand medical concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand content for pet owners.

Create compelling blog posts, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and website content to drive engagement and educate the pet-owning community.

Develop content that aligns with Max Vets' brand voice, values, and goals.

Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

Stay updated with the latest trends in veterinary medicine, pet care, and content marketing to ensure content relevance and accuracy.

Manage content calendars and deadlines to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.

Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the hospital's style guidelines.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support various campaigns and initiatives.

Assist in creating marketing materials, brochures, and other promotional content as needed.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas and innovative ways to engage the audience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Veterinary Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably with a focus on veterinary or medical topics.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.

Ability to translate complex medical concepts into clear, engaging content for a diverse audience.

Passion for animals, pets, and veterinary medicine.

Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.

Creativity and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Basic knowledge of graphic design and image editing tools is a plus.
