**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **female Administrative Executive** who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organization. This role involves managing office activities, general administrative activities, Communicate with Clients, and providing executive support to senior management, and employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day office operations.
- Answer internal phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Manage operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of administrative activities.
- Maintain accurate records of stationary and other relevant inventory.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Manage confidential information with discretion.
- Ensure operations of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,852.22 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
