**Key Responsibilities**
1. Training & Development
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for culinary staff, including onboarding for new hires and upskilling for existing employees.
- Train staff on new recipes, cooking techniques, plating standards, and food safety practices.
- Create instructional materials, such as training manuals, videos, and recipe guides.
2. Quality Assurance
- Ensure kitchen teams consistently meet quality and presentation standards.
- Conduct regular skill assessments and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation across all outlets to maintain uniformity.
3. Menu Innovation & Collaboration
- Collaborate with executive chefs and culinary leaders to introduce new dishes and refine existing recipes.
- Train teams on implementing new menu items, focusing on preparation techniques and ingredient use.
4. Compliance & Standards
- Ensure all training programs adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Regularly update training content to reflect industry trends, company policies, and compliance standards.
5. Performance Management
- Work closely with management to identify skill gaps and training needs within the team.
- Develop personalized growth plans for team members aspiring to advance in their culinary careers.
- Track and report on training outcomes and improvements in performance.
6. Team Engagement
- Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence in the kitchen.
- Motivate and inspire culinary teams to continuously improve and achieve high standards.
**Qualifications & Skills**
**Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a professional chef, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs or workshops.
**Skills**
- Culinary Expertise: Mastery of various cuisines, cooking methods, and plating styles.
- Training Skills: Ability to create engaging and effective training content.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Leadership: Ability to mentor and inspire culinary teams.
- Organization: Excellent time-management skills to juggle multiple training initiatives.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certification in Training and Development or similar field.
- Knowledge of modern training methods and tools (e.g., e-learning platforms).
- Experience working in multi-unit or high-volume operations.
**Work Environment**
- Fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Travel may be required to conduct training across multiple locations.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
