- Oversee the development and implementation of eCommerce products, from ideation to launch and post-launch performance analysis.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, market data, and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities.
- Manage the product development life cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations.
- Research market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform product development and strategic decision-making.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points and translate them into product requirements.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and success of new and existing products.
