Facility Executive for Farm House

**Job Title**: Facility Executive - Farmhouse (Alibag)
**Location**: Alibag, Maharashtra
**Department**: Administration / Facility Management
**Reporting To**: Estate / Property Manager or Owner
**Job Summary**:
The Facility Executive will be responsible for the overall upkeep, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of the farmhouse premises, including infrastructure, gardens, utilities, and staff supervision. The role ensures the property remains in top operational condition, safe, clean, and guest-ready at all times.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Property & Infrastructure Management**
- Oversee maintenance of buildings, electrical systems, plumbing, water supply, and sewage systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify repair or maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repair and renovation work.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, furniture, and consumables used at the property.
**2. Housekeeping & Upkeep**
- Ensure all areas of the farmhouse (indoor & outdoor) are clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure adherence to hygiene standards.
- Oversee laundry, linen management, and guest room readiness.
**3. Staff Supervision & Coordination**
- Manage housekeeping, gardening, cooking, and security staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure attendance and discipline.
- Train staff for hospitality, maintenance, and safety standards.
**4. Landscape & Garden Maintenance**
- Coordinate with gardeners for proper upkeep of lawns, plants, and landscaping.
- Monitor irrigation systems and seasonal plantation activities.
**5. Utility & Asset Management**
- Monitor and manage consumption of electricity, diesel, water, and gas.
- Keep a record of generator, water pumps, solar systems, and other utility equipment performance.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
**6. Safety, Security & Compliance**
- Oversee safety protocols, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Ensure compliance with local municipal, fire, and environmental regulations.
- Handle emergencies such as power outages, leaks, or security issues efficiently.
**7. Guest & Owner Coordination**
- Ensure readiness of property before owner or guests arrive.
- Coordinate logistics for guest visits (house preparation, staff alignment, transportation, etc.).
- Provide hospitality support when owners or guests are present.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Graduate in Facility Management / Hotel Management / Administration or related field.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in facility or estate management (preferably farmhouse, resort, or villa).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of maintenance systems, housekeeping, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to reside on property
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
