**Order Management**:

- Collect orders from the warehouse or designated location.
- Verify items for accuracy against the delivery order before dispatch.

**2. Delivery Execution**:

- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers or designated locations.
- Obtain signatures or acknowledgment from recipients upon delivery.
- Handle cash on delivery (COD) transactions if applicable.

**3. Route Planning**:

- Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize delays and fuel costs.
- Utilize navigation tools to optimize travel time.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or damages promptly to the supervisor.

**5. Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
- Address minor delivery-related concerns or escalate significant issues to the appropriate department.

**6. Maintenance and Care**:

- Ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition by performing regular checks.
- Follow safety and traffic regulations during deliveries.

**7. Handling Goods**:

- Ensure the safe handling and transport of goods to prevent damage.
- Return undelivered goods to the warehouse or manager as instructed.

**8. Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams for smooth delivery operations.
- Inform the team about stock discrepancies or missing items.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
