**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop comprehensive training materials and programs focused on cybersecurity best practices, threat awareness, and risk management.
- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for various audiences, ranging from technical staff to non-technical employees.
- Keep up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies; integrate new information into training materials.
- Assist in the development and execution of awareness campaigns to promote a culture of security within the organization.
- Provide ongoing support to employees regarding cybersecurity practices and tools; serve as a resource for questions and guidance

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:

- Strong client relationships with consistently high satisfaction levels.
- Effective training and development of interns and students.
- Efficient team management and process maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity training or education; teaching experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO)
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies (e.g., Learning Management Systems).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

**Note**:

- Laptop is Mandatory (company will not provide).
- No virtual interviews will be conducted.
- Maximum Age limit is 45.
- We offer both Part
