Requirement for Nurse for a Corporate/ Manufacturing Company

Registration Compulsory

Qualification: GNM/ B.Sc Nursing
Experience: Fresher to 15 Years
Gender Preference: Male/ Female

Basic knowledge / experience in First Aid, CPR and BLS necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site medical care and first aid for employees with minor injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and provide treatments as needed.
- Manage and maintain the corporate medical room, ensuring it is well-stocked and organized.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote a healthy workplace.
- Provide health education and counseling to employees on various health topics, including disease prevention, nutrition, and stress management.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers and arrange referrals for employees requiring specialized care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation.
- Respond to and manage emergency situations in the workplace, following established protocols.
- Monitor and manage health-related metrics and provide reports as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to support employee health initiatives and wellness programs.
