**Key Responsibilities**:
**Clinical Support**:

- Assist in pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing head and neck surgeries.
- Help manage patients with tracheostomy, nasogastric tubes, or feeding tubes.
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report abnormalities to the nursing in-charge.
- Support in maintaining airway hygiene and oral care for patients post-surgery.
- Assist in dressing changes and wound care under supervision.

**Patient Assistance**:

- Aid patients with mobility, feeding, toileting, and hygiene.
- Provide compassionate support to patients with speech or swallowing difficulties.
- Help patients follow post-operative instructions, including physiotherapy or voice therapy routines.

**Infection Control & Cleanliness**:

- Maintain aseptic techniques during procedures and while handling surgical patients.
- Ensure cleanliness of the ward, equipment, and patient surroundings.
- Follow all hospital infection control protocols.

**Documentation & Coordination**:

- Maintain accurate records of patient care activities.
- Assist in documenting fluid intake/output, nursing charts, and daily care summaries.
- Coordinate with senior nurses for scheduling follow-up visits and patient education.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Certified ANM from a recognized nursing training institute.
- Registered with the State Nursing Council.
- Familiarity with basic nursing procedures and patient handling.
- Empathetic approach, especially towards patients with communication impairments.
