**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Liaising with doctors, nurses and other health care professionals to ensure the safe, effective and economic delivery of drug treatment
Participate in the work of the dispensary, including clinical and accuracy checking of prescriptions and dispensed medicines.
Ensure all work completed complies with Medicines Ethics and Practice, local policies and procedures, risk management and health and safety policies and protocols.
Dispense and supply medicines.
Receive, store and supply controlled drugs in accordance with the Hospital Policy.
Making Purchase order (P.O.) & prepare GRN for the same.
Purchase return of medicine due to their expiry date.
Handling narcotic & keep record of it.
Arranging non-available medicine from near by chemist.
Hand over cash to cashier.
Quarterly stocktaking.
Compounding & dispensing for indoor & outdoor patient department.
Proper maintenance of records of narcotic medicine.
Maintaining of proper system of all records.
Keeping controls over requisition & dispensing of all medicine & materials
Preparation of periodic report, annual report etc.,
Monitoring and tracking IP Material Consumption
Assisting Nursing Team in case doubts in medications prescribed by the Doctors.
Maintaining Narcotic Drugs and Registers.
Issuing of PO, Preparing GRN, and Patient Issuance to complete the Pharmacy related bills.
Maintaining Re order levels.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
