**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable cybersecurity Expert to join our team. As a cybersecurity trainer, you will work closely with our clients to assess their security needs, identify vulnerabilities, and develop effective strategies and solutions to mitigate cyber threats. You will provide expert guidance and support in implementing robust security measures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and enhancing overall security posture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Risk Management: Collaborate with clients to identify and evaluate risks associated with their technology infrastructure, data assets, and operations. Develop risk management frameworks and strategies to prioritize and address vulnerabilities.
- Security Strategy and Planning: Assist clients in developing and implementing effective cyber security strategies and roadmaps aligned with their business objectives. Provide guidance on security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Security Architecture: Design and implement secure network architectures, system configurations, and infrastructure solutions. Ensure the adoption of industry best practices and compliance with relevant security standards.
- Incident Response and Forensics: Develop and enhance incident response plans, including procedures for handling security incidents and data breaches. Conduct digital forensics investigations and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Security Awareness and Training: Develop and deliver customized security awareness and training programs to educate clients' employees about cyber security risks, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with the latest regulatory and compliance requirements in the field of cyber security. Assist clients in achieving compliance with relevant standards such as GDPR, PCI DSS, HIPAA, or industry-specific regulations.
- Emerging Technologies: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and threats in the cyber security landscape. Provide insights and recommendations on the adoption of new security technologies and approaches.
- Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on all cyber security matters. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively and tailor recommendations to suit clients' specific needs.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as **CISSP, CISM, or CEH** are highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Cyber Security Consultant, Security Analyst, or similar role, with a strong focus on assessing and enhancing security postures.
- In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles, technologies, protocols, and best practices.
- Experience with security assessment tools, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing techniques.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, such as GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, or NIST.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and developing risk management strategies.
- Strong understanding of network and system architectures, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Continuous learning mindset, keeping up with the latest trends and advancements in the cyber security field.
