**Key Accountabilities**:

- Prepare Estimate / Quotation by calculating Bill of Materials based on the drawings
- Calculate sizes & costs for individual items like partitions, wooden furniture, branding materials etc
- Get costs from various enlisted vendors/market for readymade items like light fittings, furniture’s, wallpapers etc
- Preparation of final Quotation in standard format.
- Take approval from higher management for prepared estimation.
- Discuss with Sales team for changing materials or design elements to meet the Clients budget.
- Supervise site measurement when required.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Diploma degree in Interior Design
- Good understanding of drawings & materials
- Proficient with MS Excel, AutoCAD & calculations
- Experience as an interior cost estimator.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, material, and construction method
- Time Management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
