CNC Machine Operator

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Experience 1-2 years**
- **Machine Setup**: Prepare CNC machines for operation by installing tools, setting workpieces, and inputting program parameters.
- **Reading Technical Drawings**: Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and engineering specifications to understand machining requirements.
- **Running CNC Programs**: Load and run CNC programs (G-code / M-code), ensuring the correct execution of machining operations.
- **Monitoring Operations**:Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or deviations from specifications.
- **Measuring and Inspecting Parts**: Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to check dimensions of finished products.
- **Tool Maintenance**: Replace or adjust worn cutting tools and monitor tool condition to ensure high-quality output.
- **Quality Control**: Identify and report defects; ensure that finished parts meet quality standards and tolerances.
- **Routine Maintenance**: Clean machines and perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., checking coolant, lubrication).
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and fix minor issues with machines or machining processes.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
- **Production Reporting**:Maintain production logs, record output, and report issues to supervisors or maintenance teams
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
