**Minimum Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Graduate (Preferred - any stream)
- **Computer Skills**:
- Basic MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Comfortable with using WhatsApp Web & Google Sheets
- **Language Skills**:
- Fluent in **Hindi**:
- Basic **English** speaking and understanding
**Experience (Preferred, Not Mandatory)**:
- 6 months - 1 year in telecalling, front desk, or customer service
- Experience in **educational institute / coaching** preferred
**Key Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Good telephone etiquette
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude
- Ability to handle walk-in inquiries confidently
- Organized with basic data entry skills
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering student calls and guiding them about available courses
- Following up with inquiries through call/WhatsApp
- Maintaining registers for inquiries and admissions
- Coordinating demo sessions and managing class schedules
- Assisting in day-to-day office operations
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,151.76 - ₹14,000.00 per month
