The Educator Training and Development (ETD) Associate will be based in India and be part of the global team in Marketing that is responsible for providing offerings that will aid educators around the world in a variety of learning methods. This is done by producing webinars and a series of faculty teaching seminars, face-to-face and online. Reporting to the ETD Manager, the ETD Associate is responsible for operational support and directly executing a variety of tasks and projects for the ETD team. This customer-centric position interacts with seminar teaching faculty, webinar presenters and guests, and with professors all over the world.
What you’ll do:
- Manage webinars and seminars across company data management systems
- Facilitate seminar and webinar registration processes
- Assist with participant engagement and communication
- Ensure effective seminar and webinar delivery process; work to continually improve team processes and procedures
- Confer with team members and other HBP colleagues to solve problems, work through challenges, and develop solutions that meet the team objectives
- Participate in team meetings and check-in calls, communicating updates and challenges, sharing feedback, and offering new ideas
- Be proactive in identifying risks and anticipating problems before they happen, and be bold in raising them
- Support information sharing and management, including documenting and communicating processes and best practices
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person with excellent customer-centric skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment providing operational support to the ETD team. Versatility, flexibility, and a voracious desire to learn and grow are key attributes for success in this role. Requirements include:
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, education, or related field preferred and 3 - 5 years of comparable work experience.
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage concurrent projects.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in customer service and marketing.
- Ability to deal effectively with all levels of management, academia, and business/vendor partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Above is the annualized pay range for this position. In addition, this position includes the opportunity to earn our annual Performance Based Variable Pay Program. Actual salary will be set based upon a range of factors, including external benchmark market data, individual knowledge, skills, experience, location and internal equity.
