**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive**
Location: Onsite (Sattva Global City Bangalore)
Type: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in executing paid search and social media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
- Support day-to-day campaign operations and assist in campaign optimization.
- Help create and optimize ad creatives and copy for campaigns.
- Implement retargeting strategies under the guidance of senior executives.
- Collaborate with the Foundation team to develop landing page strategies.
- Track campaign performance and assist in providing performance insights.
- Ensure ad creatives are aligned with marketing goals and assist in creative adjustments.
- Support the Sr. Digital Marketing Executive with campaign analytics and optimization.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Familiarity with conversion optimization and A/B testing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with marketing automation and lead tracking tools.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the digital marketing space.

**Key Performance Metrics**:

- Individual campaign performance: Contribution to campaign success and improvements.
- Ad quality scores and relevance: Impact of creatives and targeting.
- Creative performance metrics: Engagement and effectiveness of ad content.
- Optimization frequency and impact: Efficiency in assisting with regular campaign optimizations.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
