**CLIENT PROFILE**:
Our Client was founded in April 2007, is a nationwide volunteering movement that inspires youth to volunteer, and provides them with meaningful opportunities to serve the community. The goal is to support schools, destitute shelters, government hospitals, and other organizations in the social sector through volunteers who can help them mitigate some of their shortcomings and challenges. Volunteering is made easy and customized to the individual’s interests, time availability, and skillsets. Their aim is to create positive change agents in society, through the culture of volunteering.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
Ideate & bring to fruition ideas for Corp Volunteer Engagement for both virtual as well as a physical
volunteering activities across focus areas
Work with a cross-section of teams to engage Volunteers across our domains
Bring on board corporate partners for CSR Programs & Employee Engagement Programs
Strengthen existing accounts & work towards building a pipeline of volunteers for Programs
Devise budgets for the implementation of programs
Work with Partner NGOs, Institutions, Govt Hospitals, Govt Schools etc to work out plans to engage volunteers & maintain good working relationships
Analytical - Familiar with MS-Office Applications, Building Dashboards & coming up with Analytics to
present to the National Executive
Work with National Executive to attend events, conferences to build networks & liaison with partners from Time to time
- **Qualifications**:

- A degree in any field, 2 years work experience, preferably in the corporate/social sector
- **Skills**:
- Basics of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Ability to talk to new people
Organize events
Oral& written Communication In English
Good presentation skills
- **Additional Notes**:
The person should be ready to travel as the work requires 70% fieldwork.
