We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative at **insideFPV**, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for customer satisfaction will contribute to building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their overall positive experience with our products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing accurate and timely resolutions.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and assist with product setup, usage, and maintenance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Document and track customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer experience enhancement.
- Assist in generating reports on customer inquiries, trends, and satisfaction levels.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Strive to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the drone industry or related technology sectors is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
