Relevant work experience and job description: - A proven track record of 15+ years of experience with atleast 5 to 7 years as Data Governance / Data Stewardship (at a lead role) in the field of data governance domain. - Should be able to act as a single point of contact on behalf of the Business and ensure data quality and governance for different entities within the group. Should lead and represent the Business Functions in the area of Data governance and data management and serve as a liaison between Business & IT. Also work with IT to protect sensitive and confidential data and adhere to data compliance and regulatory requirements. Fusion cloud (Financials) / Oracle Hyperion Financial Management) - Should have Finance Domain knowledge and be well versed with the data governance management across the finance stakeholders and functions (example, customers, CoA, Bank, Employees, etc.) - Should be able to define the roles and responsibilities related to Data Governance and ensure accountability for the stewardship of MASTER Data assets of the enterprise from functional / business aspects. - Coordinate and resolve end-to-end issues regarding Data Governance that may arise from different functions by working closely with IT Team. - Streamline and maintain inventory of the Master Data from Business perspective. Eliminate redundancy. Define data governance workflows for approval by respective data owners - Work with IT team for the development and implementation of Data governance approval process using Master Data Management (MDM) Platform. Ensure proper support for Business UAT and Sign-off for all matters pertaining to Master data and data governance. - Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels, including the executive level. - Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view. Secondary Skills: - Agile process knowledge will be an added advantage. - Good Communication - Strong Team player - with ability to work across cross functional groups Pay: ₹752,190.90 - ₹2,556,044.41 per year **Experience**: - total work: 7 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
