- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or safety concerns.

- Ensure that all team members are knowledgeable about their tasks and safety protocols.
- Monitor the quality of work performed to ensure it meets the required standards.
- Address and resolve any quality issues or defects promptly.
