Purchase Executive Hotel

**Procurement Management**:
- Source and purchase goods, services, and supplies required for the hotel operations, including food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and office supplies.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best prices and terms.
- Ensure the timely delivery of purchased items to the hotel.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of purchased items, including stock levels and expiration dates (if applicable).
- **Vendor Relations**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including handling inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring good service levels.
- Evaluate new suppliers and manage contracts with existing vendors.
- **Budget Management**:
- Monitor and manage the procurement budget to ensure that costs do not exceed the allocated funds.
- Prepare and submit cost analysis reports to management.
- **Record Keeping and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.
- Handle the issuance and management of purchase orders and invoices.
- **Quality Control**:
- Ensure that all products meet the required standards for quality and safety.
- Resolve any issues related to the quality of received goods.
- **Inventory Control**:
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to monitor stock levels and reorder items as needed.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and stock audits.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Collaborate with various hotel departments, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance, to understand procurement needs.
- Communicate regularly with hotel management on procurement-related matters.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry, is an advantage.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with purchasing systems, inventory management, and supplier negotiation.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors and hotel staff.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain accuracy in ordering, receiving, and tracking items.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to resolve issues with suppliers, including shortages or delays in deliveries.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and purchasing software/systems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
