**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Make outbound calls** to customers and clients to promote products or services.
- **Handle inbound calls** and address customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- **Understand customer requirements** and provide relevant information or solutions.
- Maintain an accurate record of calls, customer details, and feedback in the company database.
- Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely follow-up as required.
- Provide feedback to the team and management regarding customer interactions and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay updated on product/service details and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma; a degree in any field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in hindi, Marathi and english.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Patience, resilience, and a customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
