We are looking for an experienced Student Engagement Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with the study material dispatching to the students who have enrolled forthe respective program.
- Checking and maintaining the books inventory.
- Creating and providing the login credentials of the Simandhar & Becker studysoftware
- Sharing the links to the students to join the relevant Telegram group of Simandhar group for students to join in.
- Dealing with the pending payments ofstudents and updating the CRM tool regarding the details.
- Taking up feedback calls to the studentsregarding the process orientation.
- Scheduling classes in accordance with the availability of the faculty.
- Posting all the updates and necessary changed to the relevant students

**Requirements**:

- Good communication

- Ability to work with the team and problem solving
