**About the Job: -**

The administrative associate handles general office tasks and administrative duties, such as directing communications between colleagues and customers and organizing schedules and events. An effective AA enables teams to be focused on their goals and prepared for anything that comes their way.

**Task and Responsibilities:

- **
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed of progress reports.
- Ensure the Client's records are up to date
- Managing calendars for your immediate supervisor or manager
- Assisting in resolving any administrative problems.
- Receive invoices and review them for accuracy

**Requirements:

- **
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related
- Freshers with 6 months of data entry or office experience
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self Motivated and detailed oriented
- Primary Math's and Accounting Skills

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
