**Your Role**:
As an **Inclusive Montessori Educator (Trainee)**, you will
- Support the development of neurodivergent children by following the **Montessori Inclusion training** provided as part of the role.
- A **Physics or Mathematics graduate** with a passion for learning and a genuine interest in working with **autistic and neurodivergent children**:

- Curious and capable of breaking down abstract concepts into **concrete, child-friendly presentations**:

- Possesses empathy, patience, emotional intelligence, and inner discipline
- Can maintain classroom order with **respect and consistency**, not domination
- Open to **continuous learning**, observation, and feedback
- Comfortable working in a **multi-age**, inclusive learning environment
- Proficient in English (Tamil is an added advantage)

**Preferred (But Not Mandatory)**:

- Prior experience working with children
- Basic communication skills to guide and empower parents in their child’s journey
