Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with vendors, hiring managers, and implementation partners.

Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.

Update and maintain internal databases and trackers.

Post resumes on job boards like Dice, Monster, TechFetch, LinkedIn, etc.

Ensure timely submissions and interview scheduling.

Stay updated on market trends and technologies.

**Required Skills**:
1+ years of experience in Bench Sales (preferred)

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Familiarity with various visa types (H1B, GC, CPT, OPT, etc.)

Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, TechFetch, LinkedIn

Knowledge of hashtag#U.S. IT staffing process

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills:
Experience with hashtag#ATS tools and hashtag#CRM software

Proven track record of placing consultants

Team player with a positive attitude
