Vmc Operator

**Key Responsibility Area**:
1. Achieving OVER ALL EFFECIENCY of EQUIPMENT i.e. OEE of 90%and above

2. Loading of jobs by means of hand, jib crane or gantry crane

3. Setting of the job as per drawing

4. Run the VMC as per program and drawing

5. On line inspection of the job by means of Vernier, bore dial gauge, BLUM / Renishaw probe etc.

6. Maintaining inventory Cutter, cutting inserts etc.

7. Generating report for utilization, CAPA, consumable consumption.

8. Periodic maintenance and preventive maintenance activity of VMC

**Technical Competencies**:
1. Proficiency in design software Auto Cad

2. Knowledge of all kind of tool room machineries and its uses

3. Can operate all kind of tool room machineries

4. Periodic maintenance and preventive maintenance activity of VMC

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
