Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Microbiological Testing:
Perform routine microbiological analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to detect and identify potential contaminants.

Conduct environmental monitoring of production areas to ensure a clean and sterile environment.

Utilize various microbiological techniques, including culture methods, PCR, and other molecular biology techniques.

Quality Assurance:
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs related to microbiological safety.

Monitor and validate cleaning and sanitation processes to prevent microbial contamination.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any microbiological issues and recommend corrective actions.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of microbiological tests and results in compliance with internal and external standards.

Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to relevant departments.

Ensure all documentation is aligned with regulatory requirements, including HACCP, ISO, and other food safety standards.

Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on current regulations and guidelines related to food microbiology.

Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and other relevant food safety and quality regulations.

Participate in internal and external audits and provide microbiological data as required.

Research and Development:
Participate in research and development projects to enhance product safety and quality.

Develop and optimize new microbiological testing methods and procedures.

Qualifications:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field.

**Experience**:
**Skills**:Proficient in microbiological testing techniques and laboratory practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
