Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) calling activities efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrate end-to-end process knowledge in Denial Management.
- Complete and submit appropriate claim forms following CMS and third-party payer guidelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with payers regarding claim status and resolution of denials.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Must-have Skills:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in AR Calling.
- Proficiency in CMS-1500/UB04 processes.
- Strong knowledge of Denial Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good-to-have Skills:

- Experience in Denial Handling.
- Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes & healthcare IT systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
