We are a prominent analytics firm situated in India, catering to a global clientele with a specific focus on GCC countries, Europe, and India. Presently, we are in search of a Legal Coordinator / License Coordinator to become a valuable member of our team in Ernakula

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee company takeover processes, managing documentation and legal requirements.
- Address client queries and maintain a high level of commitment to work.
- Participate in meetings and deliver presentations.
- Communicate professionally with clients, promptly responding to inquiries.
- Contribute actively to ongoing projects.
- Prepare essential documents for company incorporation.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of secretarial work and compliance.
- Ensure compliance by filing necessary forms.
- Draft agreements, contracts, and deeds in accordance with prescribed requirements.
- Prepare Power of Attorney (POA) for clients.
- Generate board resolutions based on client criteria.
- Qualifications: LLB, LLM, Legal Course, Corporate Law, ICSI, CS pursuing.
- More than 1 Year experience in Corporate law
- Knowledge in Corporate Law
- Proficient in the English language.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in meeting presentations.
- Ability to take initiative in handling tasks.
- Ready for immediate joining.

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Corporate OFFICE: 1 year (preferred)
