The Job

As Creative you will be part of the Creative Marketing Team at stichd. You will be responsible for 360 graphic design with a focus in multi-channel seasonal delivery. Working across teams, you will develop and create inspirational and comprehensive marketing materials/ deliverables, templates, and toolkits ensuring consistency and alignment with provided brand guidelines and requirements. Further you will produce compelling ideas in creative design, animation, illustration, photography, video, retail and 3D.

Your Mission
- Work with the creative lead from initial concept stages to execution.
- Stay up-to-date with latest design trends for brand and commercial marketing
- Working independently, manage multiple projects at the same time, taking initiative and responsibility to contribute to quality deliverables
- Eloquently present original creative ideas, navigate projects and feedback from creative leads.
- Prepare and manage retouch/edit photography and other project needs
- Manage and utilize extensive internal creative assets libraries and external resources
- Work with the CATS team to push ideas further
- Brand guardian across all brand marketing tools, templates and asset delivery with internal and external partners.
- Provide overall creative support to the all the other CATS team members

Your Talent
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience as Graphic Designer preferably in fashion retail, art, or marketing environments
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and bring them to realization
- Experience in visual communication and creation of appealing documents
- Strong creative skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects through to completion
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and bring them to realization
- An enthusiastic collaborator, but also self-initiating and motivated to work autonomously.
