- Respond to IT helpdesk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.

- Conduct regular security audits and update security policies as necessary.
- **Software Development/Programming**:

- Develop and maintain custom software solutions as needed.
- **Data Management**:

- Manage and back up company data to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Develop and implement data storage and management policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Professional or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in system administration, network administration, and security protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Programming skills in languages such as [list relevant languages].
- Familiarity with database management systems.
