**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Student Recruitment and Outreach**:
- Represent the school at educational fairs, community events, and school visits to promote programs and increase visibility.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, educational consultants, and community organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Coordinate and participate in school tours, information sessions, and other recruitment events.
- **Admissions Counseling**:
- Provide comprehensive information about the school’s programs, curriculum, extracurricular activities, and facilities to prospective students and their families.
- Assist students in identifying programs that align with their interests, academic goals, and career aspirations.
- Address inquiries and concerns from prospective students and parents promptly and professionally.
- **Application Management**:
- Coordinate the scheduling of interviews, entrance exams, and other assessment activities as part of the admissions process.
- Evaluate applicant credentials and prepare recommendations for admissions decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students and families in the admissions database.
- **Enrollment and Onboarding**:
- Assist admitted students and their families with the enrollment process, including submitting enrollment forms, deposits, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate and facilitate orientation programs and activities for new students to ensure a smooth transition into the school community.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, academics, and student services, to ensure all aspects of student onboarding are addressed.
- Monitor and report on enrollment statistics, trends, and projections to senior management.
