- Job Summary

knowledge of Medallion data architecture

Pre-requisites5 years of hands-on experience in Snowflake including schema design, security setup, and performance tuning.

Implementation experience using SnowparkMust have Data Architecture backgroundDeployed a fully operational data solution into production on Snowflake & AzureSnowflake certification preferredFamiliarity with data modeling practices like dimensional modeling & data vaultUnderstanding of the dbt toolKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable and performant data platforms using Snowflake on Azure, tailored for banking industry use casesArchitect ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers using Medallion Architecture for a performant & scalable data platformWork with data engineers to build modular and reusable bronze, silver and gold layer models that support diverse workloads.Integrate structured and semi-structured data from core banking systems, payment gateways, CRM platforms, and third-party financial data providers.Provide architectural oversight and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.Collaborate with stakeholders from risk, compliance, and analytics teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.Build architecture to support time travel kind of reportingSupport CI/CD automation and environment management using tools like Azure DevOps and Git.Build architecture to support operational & analytical reports
