Organize and prioritize incoming customer orders for processing
- Accurately pick and pack items from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring product quality and adherence to packaging standards
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements, update order statuses, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfillment processes and meet daily shipping deadlines
- Conduct regular quality checks on packed items to ensure order accuracy and completeness
- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of products
- Communicate effectively with other team members to address any issues or discrepancies in the fulfillment process
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety guidelines and best practices
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of the fulfillment operations

Requirement & Skill
- Proven experience as a Fulfillment Specialist or in a similar warehouse role
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and related technology
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment.
