**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Freight Broker** to join our logistics team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between shippers and carriers to ensure the smooth and cost-effective transportation of goods. You will be responsible for negotiating rates, managing shipments, and building strong relationships with clients and carriers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage shipments between shippers and carriers.
- Negotiate rates and terms with both shippers and carriers to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and carriers.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
- Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process.
- Ensure all regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation and contracts.
- Monitor market trends to provide accurate pricing and service recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in freight brokerage or logistics.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics software a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
