Job description :Handling customers
- Tele calling;
- Generating leads from cold calling. Payment Tracking and Follow-Up with concern sales person
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support. Preparing quotations for the clients. Oversee the dispatch process, coordinating with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. Freight forwarding functions such as booking, issuing Delivery Orders, etc
- Coordinate & expedite requests, time-specific pickups and deliveries and other special requests. Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
