**Role: Recruitment Account Coordinator**
**Location: Baner, Pune (On-site)**
**Shift: Evening Shift**
- Experience as a Recruitment Account Manager or similar role in the staffing industry.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills to track and interpret recruitment data effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and market dynamics.
