**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for product listings, including images for the website and app.
- Design engaging social media posts for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to promote products and engage with the audience.
- Develop eye-catching YouTube thumbnails for videos to attract clicks and views. -Design banners, headers, and profile pictures for social media pages to maintain brand consistency.
- Produce promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters for offline marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns through visual content.
- Ensure all graphics are aligned with brand guidelines and reflect the brand's identity and values.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and software to maintain a high standard of design quality.
- Optimise graphics for different platforms and screen sizes to ensure compatibility and optimal viewing experience.
- Manage and organise digital assets, including images, icons, and templates for easy access and reuse.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools is essential.
- A solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques is also important.
- Being organised helps ensure that projects are completed efficiently and that all necessary steps in the design process are followed.
- A bachelor's degree in design / marketing is preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
