- We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to oversee attendance for office and field staff, manage office administration, and process tour claims for our field sales force. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain attendance records. Manage daily office administration tasks. Process tour claims for field sales staff. Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars. Support HR functions like onboarding and record-keeping.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in office coordination or administration. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ad ERP Software Attention to detail and confidentiality.
