Manage Training delivery as per the training calender, carryout assesment & follow up.
- Asses the trainees knowledge & identify skill gaps & prepare skill mapping.
- Submit monthly report on training activities,trainees performance & utilization etc.
- Review training content periodically & suggest revision/upgradation.
- Devise initiatives and corrective actions to improve the quality of training delivered.
- Plan & deliver a monitoring system to validate the training programmes.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Perintalmanna, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Training: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
