**Position Overview**:
As a Tax Advisor at Cozio, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive tax advisory services to our diverse clientele. Your expertise will contribute to the financial success of individuals and businesses, ensuring they navigate the complexities of taxation with ease.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert tax advice to clients based on their unique financial situations.
- Stay updated on the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize their tax positions and identify opportunities for savings.
- Communicate complex tax concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and confidence.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Enrolled Agent (EA) are highly valued and may be preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience is often required for mid-level positions. This level of experience demonstrates a foundational understanding of tax principles and regulations.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of current tax laws and regulations.
