**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand HotMuggs' customer base and increase sales revenue.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing HotMuggs' product offerings and value propositions.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, driving revenue growth for the company.
- **Merchandising Support**: Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure optimal product placement and promotional strategies.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the merchandising industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:
