Job Title: Lien Negotiator

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Process: Voice

Experience: Freshers and Experienced both Eligible

**Salary**:

- Freshers: ₹18,000 CTC
- Experienced: ₹23,000 - ₹25,000 CTC

Qualifications:

- Willingness to work in Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM PST)
- Good English communication skills (both oral and written)
- Work experience required for undergraduates
- Knowledge of working on CRM tools

**Responsibilities**:

- Examine all liens filed against a client’s settlement, including medical, insurance, or government liens (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid)
- Verify the accuracy and validity of the claimed amounts
- Contact medical providers, insurers, or government agencies to negotiate the lien amounts
- Request reductions or waivers in cases where the lien may be excessive or unnecessary
- Work to reduce the lien amounts, ensuring the client retains more of their settlement
- Propose alternative settlement arrangements to lienholders, such as structured payments or lump-sum reductions
- Gather and organize all relevant lien-related documents, including invoices, medical records, and correspondence with lienholders
- Ensure proper documentation of negotiated reductions and finalized agreements
- Provide regular updates to the attorney and client on the status of negotiations
- Explain the implications of lien reductions and settlement amounts to the client
- Good telephone etiquette
- Need to be polite, humble, and courteous on calls
- Good listener and should possess authority over a phone call

Computer Skills:

- Knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills
