**Duties**:

- Develops digital marketing strategy by identifying customers and monitoring the competition.
- Excellent at problem solving and think outside the box.
- Develops digital marketing strategy by identifying customers and monitoring the competition.
- Design, build, and maintains our social media presence.
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Partner with creative team and brand marketing to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative and narrative testing, focused on optimization and testing new approaches.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Identify, test, and optimize the best performance marketing channels to drive user growth, ROI and incremental revenue.
- Design, build, and maintains our social media presence.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.

**Required Skills**:

- Understanding of the B2B/B2C services sales in accordance with the market dynamics.
- Tech Savvy working knowledge of tools like: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Wordpress, Digital marketing tools like Canva, VistaCreate etc...
- Keep track of campaign metrics on an ongoing basis.
- Drive ideas from results and share recommendations with the team.
- Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles.
- Extremely self-driven & hardworking with the ability to lead teams.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Hunger to grow in the company and add value.
- Can work in high pressure situations and completely hands-on; the knack to hustle and get the job done.

**Salary**: From ₹10,448.59 per month
