Participate in the Amdocs Inventory systems installation/upgrade, hotfixes installation and system maintenance
- Participate in the rollout of Amdocs OSS Inventory tool (Cramer) changes into Operations and Software Support
- Work with suitable OSS technologies from evaluation to production deployment.
- Development of automation solutions.
- Adhere to Change Control, Change Log, and Downtime Log procedures for all critical services.
- Create & maintain a set of processes & procedures to ensure best practice is employed in the support of these solutions.
- Server infrastructure management and configuration.
- Responsible for First line support
- Responsible for testing

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
