**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**: Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- **Employee Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- **Performance Management**: Support performance evaluation processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- **Compliance**: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations; assist in maintaining employee records and reporting.
- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- **Benefits Administration**: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
- **HR Projects**: Participate in HR initiatives and projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles; experience in a generalist capacity preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
