Sales Executive

Job Overview:
As a **Sales Executive** with 2 years of sales experience, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients. Working closely with our marketing and account management teams, you will help our agency continue its growth trajectory by driving new client acquisition and contributing to revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Engagement**: Reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, and set up meetings to understand their business needs.
- **Sales Presentations & Pitches**: Present and communicate our agency’s services, focusing on solutions that align with the client’s marketing goals.
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to develop tailored proposals and ensure smooth on boarding for new clients.
- **Reporting & Performance Tracking**: Provide regular updates to the sales manager on pipeline status, sales activity, and progress toward targets.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, services, and competitor offerings to better understand client needs and position the agency effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in digital marketing, advertising, or related services.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong ability to prospect, engage, and close deals with a consultative sales approach.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Relationship-Oriented**: Proven ability to build rapport, trust, and long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to track leads, sales activities, and client information.
- **Adaptability**: Quick to adapt to new technologies, marketing trends, and changing client needs.
- **Goal-Driven**: Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
Pay: ₹22,500.00 per month
